Fees and Insurance. 

I am a provider with Wellmark BCBS, Aetna, Health Partners, Medicare and will bill these insurance companies directly. You will be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, and or deductibles as indicated by your individual policy. I encourage you to check with your insurance carrier to see what mental health coverage is provided by your plan. Payment is expected in full at the end of each session. If you prefer to pay privately, I accept HSA, cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
